Race is spent on Sunday, from 14:00 local time in the European countries and to more later time in the Asian countries and Australia that translation in Europe has not had for too early morning. In the first and second session pilots can pass qualifying circles with any quantity of fuel in tanks. Bolids, left by results of first two sessions, then fuel with which they will start in race. The pilots starting in the third session, should be filled on race already before departure on the first attempt. Upon termination of qualification in these bolids it is forbidden to add fuel. After the qualification termination bolids go to the closed park, that is prior to the beginning of race it is impossible to change essentially its options, in other complete set of rubber. After the termination of session declares results of control weighing of cars, and thus commands and spectators can judge what quantity of fuel onboard at contenders.
In case of imposing by stewards on pilots or a command of penalties in the form of deprivation of several places on start, these penalties are applied directly ahead of race start, that is qualification passes without their account.

The order of carrying out of Grand prix, duty of commands and pilots are defined by sports regulations. Its positions should be observed by all participants of the World championship of Formuly-1 strictly.
On Grand prix from one command 2 pilots in qualification and race can act. Besides in free arrivals on Friday the command can use the third pilot, but 2 cars can take part only.
In case of illness or other good reasons the third pilot can replace on qualification and race of one of the basic pilots of a command. The points typed by the spare pilot in race, will be added into its personal account in the World championship; in struggle for the Cup of designers these points will be added to the command account as though the basic pilot acted for it. During a season for one command can act, typing for itself and for it points, to 4 pilots.
To participate in Grand prix, the pilot is obliged to receive the superlicense of the International federation of motor racing.

The Grand prix is spent from Friday on Sunday and consists of free arrivals, qualification and race. Each command itself creates the chassis for the bolids. Motors can be got at the foreign manufacturer, as well as occurs in modern Formula’s-1: almost all commands have the partner-motor-car manufacturer which delivers them motors. Conformity of cars to technical regulations is watched by stewards of the International federation of motor racing. From each command in each Grand prix two racers should act, thus brushes cars should be identical (except for numbers). The commands participating in races by Formula’s One, use on Grand prix (racing cars) of own manufacture. Thus, a command problem is not only to employ the fast and skilled pilot and to provide competent adjustment and car service, but also in general Β«from zeroΒ» to design and design. But there are also exceptions. For example, chassis of commands Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Toro Rosso are traditionally very similar, almost identical.
