Each command itself creates the chassis for the bolids. Motors can be got at the foreign manufacturer, as well as occurs in modern Formula’s-1: almost all commands have the partner-motor-car manufacturer which delivers them motors. Conformity of cars to technical regulations is watched by stewards of the International federation of motor racing. From each command in each Grand prix two racers should act, thus brushes cars should be identical (except for numbers). In case the command does not leave on start of race or will expose only one bolid, it can be punished by the penalty.
