In the first and second session pilots can pass qualifying circles with any quantity of fuel in tanks. Bolids, left by results of first two sessions, then fuel with which they will start in race. The pilots starting in the third session, should be filled on race already before departure on the first attempt. Upon termination of qualification in these bolids it is forbidden to add fuel. After the qualification termination bolids go to the closed park, that is prior to the beginning of race it is impossible to change essentially its options, in other complete set of rubber. After the termination of session declares results of control weighing of cars, and thus commands and spectators can judge what quantity of fuel onboard at contenders.
In case of imposing by stewards on pilots or a command of penalties in the form of deprivation of several places on start, these penalties are applied directly ahead of race start, that is qualification passes without their account.
